MONDAYS
9.30am-11.30am: SIX WAYS MINI STARS – a play and stay toddler group for
pre-school children and their carers. We play indoors and outdoors (weather
permitting), make things, have a story, a snack and a song. It’s great fun!
10.00- 11.00am: CHURCH SPACE- the church is open for quiet prayer and
reflection
11am: PRAYER MEETING: a time to sing and pray and testify to the great
things God is doing in our lives.
TUESDAYS
10am-12.00: CAMEO- club for active retired People ..........Chris
12.30- 1pm: TUESDAY PRAYERS – a quietservice for healing, wholeness and
peace. We follow some set prayers on a service sheet, have a reading from
the Bible and space to pray in quietness, light a candle or seek prayer with
the laying on of hands.
2pm EVERYWOMAN’S FELLOWSHIP – on the second Tuesday of each month. Speakers,
social activities and more besides. Aimed at women of all ages and all

WEDNESDAYS
11.30am-12.00 PRAYER POINT – a time of focussed prayer for our church,
Erdington, the world…
12.30-3.00pm: AFTERNOON BIBLE STUDY – begins with a shared lunch and then
follows an informal time of discussion and exploring the meaning of a Bible

6 - 8.30pm GIRLS’ BRIGADE for girls aged 4-18
We are a Girls Brigade Company serving the community in the Erdington area.
We meet every Wednesday evening during school term.
All girls from the age of 4 upwards are welcome.
Our meeting times are:
Aged 4 to 7 years – 6.30pm till 7.30pm
Aged 7 years and over – 6.30pm till 8.30pm
The cost is £1.50 per person (which includes refreshments)
We do lots of activities, day trips, fun days & camping holidays.
Also for girls aged 14 upwards we do the Duke of Edinburgh award.
All staff are fully trained & CRB checked.

THURSDAYS
7.30-9.00pm SINGING SESSIONS: once a month. A relaxed time of singing songs
and hymns, old and new. Learning some new ones and reminding ourselves of
some of our favourites.
7.30-9.00pm BIG BIBLE STUDIES: once a month. In addition to the house groups
and afternoon Bible studies that happen throughout the week, our Big Bible
Studies provide a chance to step back and look at an overview of themes in
the Bible, perhaps exploring a theme or a whole book or set of books.

FRIDAYS
6.30-7.30pm SIX WAYS BOYS : a club for boys aged 4-11 years (ie Primary
School age). We play some active games and some quiet ones too. We have a
prayer and a story from the Bible each week. We encourage team work and
consideration for others and a sense of what is right and wrong and how God
and the Christian faith relate to us all. We regularly have guest leaders
who run special sessions, eg martial arts tasters, sport, learning about
sign language. Otherwise, we have a creative activity or worksheets. The
club costs 50p (first week is free) and there is a tuck shop at the end of
the session. All of our leaders are CRB checked and doing what they do
because they care about the boys.
